Signing up through the website and setting up a subscription is the only booking/payment option that LA Performance Academy will accept.
A trial is a 2-week period. After the second trial is completed, you will receive an email from Class 4 Kids to sign up to classes if you wish to continue.
Fees are taken from your account on the 1st of the month. Any fees not paid on the 1st of the month will incur a £10 late payment fee. All fees and show money paid is non-refundable.
Our fees are pro rata – the total cost of classes is split across 12 monthly payments.
There is annual membership fee of £10 per child joining LA Performance Academy- this covers extra costs not currently covered in your regular class subscription, such as insurance, report cards and additional customer service to really enhance your experience with us as our academy grows.
LA Performance Academy reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us at laperformanceacademy@gmail.com.

Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.
If there are any sessions missed due to typical bad weather, LA Performance Academy will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.
LA Performance Academy or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.

Cancellation policy – we require one month’s written notice along with one final full fee payment for cancellation.
