Terms & Conditions

• All bookings and payments must be made through our website via subscription.

• Trials last for 2 weeks. After your trial, you will receive an email from Class 4 Kids if you wish to continue.

• Fees are taken on the 1st of each month. Late payments will incur a £10 fee. All payments, including show fees, are non-refundable.

• Fees are spread across 12 monthly payments throughout the year.

• There is an annual £25 membership fee per child, covering insurance, report cards and additional academy costs.

• One month’s notice is required for cancellations. For example, if you cancel mid January, your February payment will still be taken and your child may attend until the end of February.

• No cancellations are permitted during May, June, July or August.

• LA Performance Academy reserves the right to remove any student displaying bullying, disruptive or inappropriate behaviour, without refund.

• Medical conditions must be declared at registration and updated via email if anything changes.

• Please let us know via email if you do not wish for your child to appear in marketing photographs or videos.

• Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received. Paid spaces will be prioritised.

• Children must not attend classes within 48 hours of any illness.

• Refunds are not given for missed sessions due to personal circumstances.

• If classes are cancelled due to bad weather, a make-up session or refund will be offered.

• LA Performance Academy and its staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during classes.
